	•Given the theme of the conference, LIC could have contributed more on the Modernising Government agenda in the UK but you have already heard from one UK speaker and I will therefore only mention a few key policy initiatives relevant to e-governance and e-commerce which show the importance of our own KM research
	•Recognise that our motivation for KM research was in some ways quite a narrow focus - will explain more later
	•So much to cover from this study - cannot do justice in 20 minutes but will touch on the skills issues which is perhaps a little different from the other presentations
	•Hope if you are interested in other findings, you will visit our website or TFPLs
	•The use of TFPL logo is significant - where it is missing - the ideas are not from the report but relate only the LIC agenda
