Providing Information Services for Public and Specialized Groups
The Internet is now part of government infrastructure. While the medium itself continues to grow almost daily it is also faced with a series of problems. For government, how to effectively use it as either a communications medium or to disseminate information is a major question. Other vital questions raised are: What does the Customer want over the Net? How do you continually improve your site? How do you measure "pay- back" for your information site? Are clients really using all these information sites on the Web? These and many other issues will be explored by this interactive panel with the audience being asked to raise questions that concern them.
